Counseling for homeowners who would like guidance and tips when it comes to owning and maintaining a home.
Clients will receive resources and referrals to assist them with future unexpected situations, tips for easy "do it yourself" home maintenance, repair, and remodeling. Clients will also be given information about low interest rate/deferred payment loans for home maintenance.
Be prepared to give basic information about yourself.
We will send you an intake packet via email, fax, or postal service.
Complete & Return An Intake Packet
Once we have received an intake packet it will be entered into our system.
Your case will be assigned to a Housing Counselor.
A Housing Counselor Will Contact You
After reviewing the intake, the counselor will contact you to make an appointment.
You may be asked to provide additional documents.
