When you contact Project Sentinel, a trained counselor will answer your questions, and discuss
your rights, responsibilities and options directly with you. All discussions are free, confidential,
and neutral. When appropriate, the counselor will give you information to help you contact government
agencies or other resources for your situation. In most cases, your inquiry will be answered
immediately or within the same day.
