Tenant and Landlord Counseling - How We Can Help

When you contact Project Sentinel, a trained counselor will answer your questions, and discuss your rights, responsibilities and options directly with you. All discussions are free, confidential, and neutral. When appropriate, the counselor will give you information to help you contact government agencies or other resources for your situation. In most cases, your inquiry will be answered immediately or within the same day.

Counselors at Project Sentinel can be contacted by telephone, or in person at our local offices, at your convenience. They can also be reached by email.

Tenant and landlord counseling services are available for rental property located in the following jurisdictions, using the phone numbers shown:

In these jurisdictions, Project Sentinel can also provide free dispute resolution services to help tenants and landlords resolve problems that have developed into an actual or potential dispute. These services enable tenants and landlords to avoid expensive and time-consuming alternatives such as litigation.
