Project Sentinel Redwood City Main Office Redwood City Office is Project Sentinel's administrative center, housing the Executive Director, Controller, Fair Housing Director, and staff executing Federal and State programs. Redwood City serves as the lead office for the agency's fair housing programs, setting policy and orchestrating fair housing activities. Under a HUD grant, we combat discrimination teamed with 18 grass roots agencies representing immigrants and people with disabilities. Project Sentinel audits new construction for compliance with accessibility requirements of the Federal 1988 Fair Housing Amendments Act (FHAA). Redwood City administers agency programs in San Francisco and San Mateo Counties, as well as the Palo Alto Mediation Program. This office is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Project
