Summary of the Project Sentinel Neutrality Policy Project Sentinel is a non-profit agency that seeks to provide assistance to those experiencing housing problems. The agency takes a firm position that the delivery of services be open and available to all who make a reasonable request for assistance. It is also imperative that program services be implemented in a neutral manner so that the dispute resolution process works for all affected parties. Project Sentinel, as an agency, does not independently take an advocacy position on substantive local legislative developments. The agency does respond to requests for information from governmental funding sources and does publicly promote the efficacy and availability of its services.
