Project Sentinel Modesto Office Project Sentinel's Modesto office provides Fair Housing services for the cities of , and unincorporated areas of . This office also provides counseling and dispute resolution services to tenants and landlords in the city of Modesto on all rental issues. The office provides HUD counseling and support for the HUD Fair Housing Initiative Program throughout and San Joaquin Counties.
