Los Gatos Rent Dispute Resolution

Los Gatos contracts with Project Sentinel to administer the Los Gatos Tenant/Landlord Conflict Resolution Service, as required by the Town's Rental Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Ordinance. The Service provides conciliation, mediation and arbitration services for tenants and landlords in the Town of Los Gatos. The Los Gatos Rental Dispute Ordinance is administered through Project Sentinel's Sunnyvale office. Tenants and landlords can call the Los Gatos Tenant/Landlord Conflict Resolution between 9:00AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM at (408) 402-0307 to ask questions and get information on Los Gatos codes and dispute resolution procedures. A trained staff coordinator is available to assist in resolving disputes as quickly as possible.
