If you request our further help, we will contact the lenders, review your loan documents and attempt to obtain agreements to avoid loss of the property, including options such as refinancing and executing forbearance agreements or payment plans. Protection against predatory lending practicesIn cases where predatory lending practices are suspected, Project Sentinel counselors will review your loan documents and where appropriate, you will be referred to legal resources that handle this type of dispute.
