Project Sentinel Gilroy Office Project Sentinel's Gilroy office administers the agency's programs for the South County area, including Gilroy, Morgan Hill, San Martin and the unincorporated county areas. This office provides tenant landlord counseling, for both tenants and landlords, community mediation and fair housing counseling and investigation. This office provides HUD counseling for homeowners and for tenants seeking housing assistance in the South County area This office is open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
