Project Sentinel Fremont Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Service Project Sentinel administers the Fremont Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Service program, located at the , Family Resource Center. Project Sentinel provides this service for Fremont residents or prospective residents including tenants, property managers and owners of rental housing in the . Project Sentinel staff offer counseling, information and referral for all rental housing questions, and provide counseling and investigation of fair housing complaints. The office is open from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. All services are free and confidential. They are available to all Fremont Residents or prospective residents, including both landlords and tenants.
